Amir Ismail is currently an Analyst at Johnson & Johnson’s Contract Strategy and Management team supporting analytics, offer development, and process improvement workstreams. Prior to joining J&J, Amir worked at Gerson Lehrman Group and PwC primarily in strategy and consulting functions.
In 2010, Amir served as a fellow as part of the inaugural class of the America Needs You Fellowship Program in New Jersey. One of Amir’s passion is to serve underprivileged communities by creating impact through the areas of education, mentorship and personal and professional development speeches and workshops. Amir understands the importance of building leaders around him and how to connect with change managers, industry leaders and his clients. He exhibits intellectual curiosity and is eager to learn and develop new skills each day; he understands that new challenges and leadership opportunities lead to professional growth.
Amir graduated from Rutgers University – Newark with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Supply Chain Management/Marketing Science in 2015. During Amir’s free time, he is actively engaging the community in a multitude of ways by being a mentor to college students and creating networking opportunities. Amir is a travel connoisseur and enjoys the world of travel and visiting new places. He always is looking for new restaurants to visit, food to experience and destinations to visit. During his down time, he also enjoys going to the gym, playing basketball and watching sports with colleagues and friends.
