Dennis is currently a Corporate Finance & Investments Associate at EMI Music Publishing, a company owned by a consortium led by Sony ATV and Mubadala. There, he reports to the CEO and CFO, focusing on financial analysis, M&A, strategy, and investments.
Prior to EMI, he spent two years at CIT Group Inc, as a Sponsor Finance Analyst where he focused on the execution and analysis of debt financing transactions for private equity firms across various industries, developing his technical and analytical skills while gaining significant exposure to senior management and c-level executives. Dennis also spent several months working at Societe Generale within their investment banking division, providing assistance to the loan syndications team in executing debt financings for private equity backed transactions. Dennis graduated from the Zicklin School of Business with concentrations in Finance and English. During the summer of his freshman year, he participated in one of J.P. Morgan’s investment banking insight programs in Hong Kong which served as a catalyst towards his interest in banking. However, he did not only develop an interest in Finance during his academic career but for the entertainment industry as well through enrolling in film courses, and participating in televised productions and motion pictures.
Additionally, Dennis is very passionate about children’s music education and hopes to leverage his background in finance and music to assist local non-profit organizations in establishing performing art programs throughout the community.
