I was born in Philadelphia and raised in Fort Lauderdale. Currently, I am a rising sophomore majoring in Business Administration at LaGuardia Community College and aim to graduate in spring 2016. I choose to study business because it lays a solid foundation for my entrepreneurial endeavors.
At LaGuardia, I am proud of being selected to the Dean’s List and being a member of Phi Theta Kappa and the Honors Program (HSAC). My goal after LaGuardia is to transfer to a program such as NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate or Baruch Zicklin School of Business to further pursue my passion for real estate investments and finance. I am a Licensed Real Estate Representative and a member of REBNY (Real Estate Board of New York). Our team mainly focuses on the Downtown Brooklyn and Harlem markets. Through this opportunity, I acquired strong relationships with clients such as developers, management companies, and private landlords. I’ve closed more than 47 transactions within Downtown Brooklyn since the start of my real estate career in 2013.
Prior to joining the world of real estate I excelled in the demanding fields of modeling, acting and event staffing, attaining a razor-sharp focus and attention to detail. I love being a part of the city that never sleeps. I enjoy reading, jogging, the gym, and volunteer work.
I am proud to be an America Needs You Fellow, and I hope to hone my public speaking skills and to network with my peers and mentors through 28 workshops over the next two years. I look forward to meeting my career and professional development goals while being a Fellow.
